Lobster is a highly sought-after luxury seafood, prized for its delicate, buttery flavor and firm yet tender meat. Sourced from cold, clean waters, lobsters are available in both live and frozen forms, either whole or processed into tails, claws, or meat. Their versatility makes them perfect for high-end dishes and international cuisine. Lobsters are rich in protein, low in fat, and an excellent source of essential nutrients such as selenium and vitamin B12.

Available Sizes:

  • Lobsters are generally categorized by weight:

    • 400/500g

    • 500/700g

    • 700/900g

    • 900g/up
      (Tails also available separately in size grades like 3/4 oz, 5/6 oz, 7/8 oz, 8/10 oz, etc.)


Packaging:

Available in IQF or vacuum-sealed packs. Packed in food-grade polybags or master cartons, usually in 1kg, 2kg, or 10kg cartons. Live lobsters are shipped in temperature-controlled boxes.

Storage:

  • Frozen: Store at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing. Shelf life: 18–24 months.

  • Live: Store in chilled, moist conditions (5–10°C) and cook within 1–2 days of arrival.
